Payment Terms & Conditions

Payment of initial 1 hour consultation will be made at the end of the appointment which will include:

• Pre consultation assessment of your questionnaire and requirements.
• 1 hour in depth discussion to further assess your situation and needs.
  Identify an appropriate aim and establish realistic goals to meet your aim.
• Provision of supportive literature to help you meet your aim.
• Prompt provision of your tailor made diet and lifestyle plan including your aim, realistic goals and
  additional information to support your progress via email.
• Ongoing telephone or email support as required to help you keep on track.
• Payments by; cash, cheque or bank transfer
